Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets for the assigned locations
  • Drive consistent market penetration and identify new markets and avenues for expansion.
  • Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to generate repeat business, while managing DSAs, connectors, and builder/developer tie-ups.
  • Ensure timely customer service delivery, resolution of client queries, and strict compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate Relationship Manager / Resident Manager / Sales Manager / Branch Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Recruit, groom, and retain high-performing teams with minimal attrition, while conducting regular training and performance reviews.
  • Monitor delinquency levels and portfolio quality, working closely with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan disbursements.
  • Implement sales processes eectively across assigned branches.
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance and documentation standards.
  • Conduct with branch teams as required and support them in presentation and selling skills.
  • Provide accurate market intelligence on competitors, products, and customer needs to senior management.
  • Prepare and share regular reports on sales performance, client engagement, and market insights.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in Home Loan or Mortgage Sales within BFSI/NBFC; exposure to Loans Against Property preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading multiple branches/teams
  • Strong knowledge of local markets, builder tie-ups, and channel partner ecosystem.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • High motivation, self-starter attitude, and bias for action in a high-performance environment.
  • Ability to manage P&L, portfolio quality, and risk at the area level
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance and drive profitability.
  • Proficiency in MS Oice (Excel, PowerPoint, MIS tools)
