Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• To own YBL Vision, Values, and Mission.
• Assist with routine mammalian cell culture and media preparation.
• Support in basic assay execution (e.g., ELISA, cytotoxicity assays).
• Perform PCR, gel electrophoresis, and basic molecular biology tasks.
• Prepare reagents, buffers, and maintain lab cleanliness.
• Follow SOPs and lab safety protocols.
• Maintain lab notebooks/eLN and documentation on a timely manner.
• Capable of managing and handling daily lab operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• M.Tech or M.Sc. with 1-2 years of experience in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Experience is not a limitation for a good candidate
