Job Description

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Structural and functional characterization of proteins using LC-MS
Expertise in Impurity characterization by LC-MS
Data analysis and review for Bio similarity assessment
Planning of characterization experiments using LC-MS
Drafting and/or review reports and presentations on experimental data and scientific outcomes for CMC / RA for dossier submission.
Drafting of scientific study protocols and reports related to method development, method qualification, assessing bio similarity etc.
Guiding and mentoring team members sample preparation, LC-MS workflows and data interpretation.
Support cross-functional analysis such as charge variant and impurity characterization.
Review the MS data and documentation of analysis performed and result reporting
Method Development, Qualification report preparation
Procurement related to new instruments, consumables and equipment AMC/CMC.
