Job Description

Your RoleWe are seeking a skilled Contentstack CAVP Specialist to design, implement, and manage custom API integrations and validation workflows within the Contentstack platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize content operations, ensure data integrity, and support digital experience initiatives.In this role you will play a key role in

Custom API Integration:

Develop, configure, and maintain custom APIs and webhooks within Contentstack.

Integrate Contentstack with third-party systems (e.g., CRM, analytics, personalization engines) to streamline content workflows and data exchange.

Validation Workflows:

Design and implement validation logic for content models and publishing workflows.

Ensure compliance with business rules and data governance policies.

Contentstack Administration:

Manage roles, permissions, and custom roles (CAVP) to enforce content governance and security.

Support onboarding and training for content editors, developers, and business users.

Collaboration & Support:

Work closely with developers, content managers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

Troubleshoot integration and deployment issues, providing timely resolutions.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on Contentstack features, best practices, and industry trends.

Recommend and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
