Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Generate leads for home loan products through field visits, references, and builder/channel partner tie-ups.
- Meet customers, explain product details, eligibility, and documentation requirements. Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Ensure proper completion of application forms and compliance with company policies.
- Build strong relationships with customers, builders, and real estate partners.
- Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Report daily activities, sales pipeline, and performance to the manager.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 0-2 years in sales (freshers can apply).
- Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills in English & local language.
- Sales Skills: Persuasive, confident, and target-driven.
- Mobility: Must be comfortable with field sales and daily travel.
- Networking: Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, disciplined, and resilient under pressure.
- Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial products, preferably home loans (added advantage).
- Tools: Familiarity with MS Office / basic computer usage for reporting.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Must be a graduate from any stream.
- Should have minimum 6 months of experience in sales.
- Candidates with prior experience in BFSI will have an added advantages.
- Open to travel.
- Must have good communication skills.
