Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and non-voice channels in a timely and professional manner.
Process customer requests, resolve issues, and provide solutions to their queries.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using our CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Proficiency in backend processing, back office operations, chat support, email processing, international chat process, international non-voice process.
