* Lead end-to-end recruitment & build strong talent pipelines across verticals
* Manage lateral hiring in Sales & Non-IT for midsenior roles
* Maintain quality database using portals, referrals & other sources
* Collaborate with hiring managers to define JDs & recruitment plans
* Oversee vendor management & publish regular recruitment trackers
* Lead & guide a team of 57 recruiters
Requirements:
Relevant years in Non-IT recruitment (Sales & mid-senior hiring)
Strong team management & stakeholder collaboration skills
Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
