Job Description
Job Title: Executive HR Technology
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Department: Human Resources Shared Services
Number of Opening: 4
KEY RESPONSBILITIES
- Management of entire HRMS, from planning and implementation to ongoing
process management and optimization.
- Accountable for ensuring continuous and successful delivery of functional services
in HRMS to users throughout the organization.
- Responsible for user access management in HRMS.
- Troubleshooting system issues by providing solutions to the user departments.
- Collaborating with vendor to address any technical or functional concerns and
serve as an interface between internal stakeholders and the vendor for new
process development.
- Addition and updation of BU, SBU and departments and integration of offer letters
in HRMS.
- To ensure policy updation, integration and sign off in HRMS.
- Preparing, organizing, and maintaining HR data related to the organization
structure that includes BU, SBU, Department and HODs.
- Prepare MIS reports related to monthly operations, attrition and demography.

QUALIFICATION: MBA/PG Diploma in HRM
EXPERIENCE 5-20 Years

- Accommodation: Fully furnished shared accommodation with housekeeping, laundry, and security services, provided on a single-status basis (only the employee is allowed to stay). Please note rooms will be single or twin sharing basis the level of the position.

- Local Allowance: Monthly personal allowance of 65,000, provided over and above the salary (uniform across all roles/designations).

- Work Essentials: Laptop, mobile handset, SIM, and monthly recharge provided (as per grade).
Working Terms:
- Leave Rotation Policy:
- Lagos Posting: 6 months ON / 21 days OFF
- Plant/Site Posting: 6 months ON / 30 days OFF (Both options include international and domestic air tickets to your nearest airport, provided by the company.)
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Sunday: 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM
- Salary Cycle: Our salary processing and payout runs at a deferment of two months.
- For example: If joining is in July, then:
- July salary will be paid in September
- August salary will be paid in October
- September salary will be paid in November
- October salary will be paid in December
- So effectively, credit of salary in account will start from the third month onwards for every month
