Experience: 4+ years (Direct Hire, Non-IT/Engineering Recruitment)
Location: Remote
Shift: CST Time Zone

About the Role:
Were hiring a skilled US Non-IT Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for direct hire roles across the U.S. This remote position requires strong sourcing, screening, and client coordination skills, with a focus on Non-IT and Engineering positions.

Key Requirements:

4+ years of experience in US Non-IT/Engineering recruitment (Direct Hire)
Proven full-cycle recruitment expertise
Strong communication and client handling skills
Familiarity with ATS tools and sourcing platforms
Ability to work independently during CST hours
Basic understanding of IT skills is a plus
