Key Responsibilities:

Asset Management & Tagging
Track, tag, and maintain records of IT assets
Keep inventory updated and accurate
Software Installation
Install and configure software
Test and ensure proper functionality
Hardware Installation
Set up desktops, laptops, printers, etc.
Check all hardware for proper operation
Knowledge Base
Document common issues and solutions
Keep support articles updated and accessible
Communication
Provide updates to users on issues
Coordinate with teams and take user feedback
Preventive Maintenance
Perform regular system checks
Keep systems secure and updated
Daily Call Resolution
Handle IT support tickets from HRMS
Resolve or escalate issues as needed.
