Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• SAP S/4HANA FICO Implementation:
• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations, from project initiation to post-go-live support.
• Conduct detailed business process analysis, identify gaps, and design robust SAP solutions tailored to the automotive industry.
• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet specific business needs, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Business Process Optimization:
• Analyze current financial processes and identify areas for improvement, leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities.
• Recommend and implement best practices in financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Provide insights into financial data to support strategic decision-making.
• User Training and Support:
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to the new SAP environment.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO-related issues.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Compliance and Reporting:
• Ensure that SAP FICO configurations comply with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop financial reports and dashboards using SAP tools to meet management and regulatory reporting requirements.
