Job Description

What you'll do:

Bulk Hiring: Handle high-volume recruitment like a pro.
Inside Sales Recruitment: Find and bring in top sales talent thats a perfect fit for our business.
End-to-End Recruitment: From sourcing to offer negotiation, youll own the process.
Metrics & Reporting: Keep track of hiring success and drive process improvements.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver top-notch results.

Preferred candidate profile

2-5 years of recruitment experience in bulk hiring and inside sales.
Exceptional communication skills you can talk to anyone and everyone.
Proficiency in ATS (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Sales savvy understanding the ins and outs of inside sales is key!
Time Management & Negotiation Skills youll keep everything on track and handle offers like a pro.
