Job Description
- You will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing top-notch customer service in the Client Accounting Services (US Clients) at BG Advisors CPA Ltd in Udaipur, India. Your day-to-day tasks will include financial management, preparing financial reports, and offering strategic financial advice to clients. Direct communication with the US team is essential to support their accounting needs and ensure accurate financial information. Key Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction - Prepare financial reports and provide strategic financial advice - Communicate directly with the US team to support their accounting needs - Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team - Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients Qualifications: - At least 3 years of experience in accounting (US accounting exposure preferred) - Strong communication skills for client interaction - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with US accounting standards and practices is a plus - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - Knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting tools is an advantage,
