Job Description
We are hiring an Assistant Manager Sales with proven expertise in Capital/Industrial Equipment sales, preferably in Laundry Systems. The role focuses on driving business development, client acquisition, solution-based selling, and revenue growth across industries such as hospitality, healthcare, and commercial laundries.
The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of relevant sales experience with a strong track record in achieving sales targets, building long-term client relationships, and expanding market presence. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored equipment solutions that meet customer needs.
A B.Tech/B.E/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience is required. Candidates must possess excellent communication and presentation skills with proficiency in English (written and verbal), along with strong analytical, negotiation, and customer engagement abilities.
