    Role Overview: As a Service Relationship Manager in the Private Banking Group at IDFC First Bank, your main responsibility will be managing clients on behalf of the bank. You will be tasked with creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and promote the sale of products and services. Your role will involve providing financial advice to customers, including investment and financial planning, in order to ensure a seamless and fulfilling customer experience and establish IDFC First as the primary bank for all banking needs. Key Responsibilities: - Support in managing all Private Bank sales and service activities for the assigned region - Provide comprehensive information to customers about products and services, ensuring the delivery of top-notch services - Analyze clients" cash, capital, and investment needs - Monitor client account performance and recommend strategies to enhance returns - Implement appropriate control frameworks and manage operational risks effectively - Automate key business activities to improve efficiency in service delivery - Streamline digitization activities within the process - Ensure compliance with the guidelines set by the bank, as well as meet audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements - Stay updated with the latest market intelligence and benchmark against competitor banks" best practices - Enhance customer journey and partner experience to differentiate the bank from competitors - Evaluate the feasibility of digital enablement in terms of offerings, channels, and processes to enhance operational efficiency - Collaborate with other departments and functions to provide top-notch products and services to customers Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline - Post Graduate in any discipline Additional Details: Not provided in the Job Description.,
