-Job Responsibilities:


- Prepare and cook high-quality Continental dishes

- Develop new recipes and refine existing ones

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen

- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control waste

- Supervise kitchen staff and support their professional development


-Qualifications:


- Education: Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field

- Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience as a chef, with a focus on Continental cuisine

- Certifications: Specialized certifications in European culinary arts can be advantageous
