What does a successful Manager/Advisor, HRBP do at Fiserv?
The HRBP will partner with BU leadership to implement the people strategy for their subunit aligned to the larger strategy. S/he will be responsible for implementing programs related to the units priorities, participating in org wide programs/projects, and driving employee relations. Execution and results oriented business partner trusted to provide work that is thorough, complete and accurate.
This will be done by managing multiple aspects of HR for assigned client groups with change management, performance and compensation management, talent management, partnering with the talent acquisition team, associate development, succession planning, employee relations, associate engagement, organizational design and restructuring.
