- Role Overview: At PwC, as a member of the managed services team, you will focus on providing outsourced solutions and supporting clients across various functions. Your role involves helping organizations streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency by managing key processes and functions on their behalf. Utilizing your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization, you will deliver high-quality services to clients. Specifically, in managed service management and strategy, your responsibilities will include transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance, and delivery risk. Your work will revolve around continuous improvement and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services. Key Responsibilities: - Craft and convey clear, impactful, and engaging messages to effectively communicate with stakeholders. - Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities for improvement. - Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback to drive continuous improvement. - Direct the team through complexity, demonstrating composure in ambiguous, challenging, and uncertain situations. - Deepen and evolve expertise to stay relevant in the industry. - Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels to enhance team performance. - Make difficult decisions and take necessary actions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness. - Model and reinforce professional and technical standards, the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
