Job Description

    As a Receptionist cum Secretary at the Glenmark Cardiac Centre located in Dadar, you will play a crucial role in serving as the initial point of contact for visitors and clients. Your responsibilities will include warmly greeting and assisting guests, managing front desk operations such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office security through access control. In addition to handling daily administrative tasks, you will be expected to provide support to different departments, organize records and databases, coordinate meetings and deliveries, and ensure the smooth and secure functioning of the reception area. Your ability to create a welcoming and organized environment while addressing general office administration needs will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner. - Manage the front desk by handling phone calls, inquiries, and directing individuals to appropriate staff members. - Control access to the office premises from the reception desk to ensure security. - Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries efficiently. - Assist in scheduling appointments and organizing meetings. - Maintain and update office records and databases accurately. - Provide administrative support to various departments whenever necessary. - Perform general office duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Qualifications: - A graduate degree is required. - Preferred candidate profile includes proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Professional attitude and appearance. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
