Job Description
- You are a highly motivated and experienced Company Secretary with a deep understanding of Indian company law and regulations. Your main responsibility will be to ensure the company's compliance with all legal and statutory requirements, as well as provide strategic advice on corporate governance matters. - Advise the Board of Directors on corporate governance matters, including compliance with laws and regulations. - Develop and implement corporate governance policies and procedures. - Maintain statutory registers and records. - Ensure timely filing of statutory forms and returns. - Provide legal and secretarial advice on corporate transactions. - Monitor changes in company law and regulations and advise on compliance. - Identify and assess corporate risks and develop risk mitigation strategies. - Perform any other duties assigned by the CEO/Managing Director. - Qualified Company Secretary with relevant experience. - In-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI regulations, and other relevant legislation. - Strong understanding of environmental, labor, and safety laws.,
