Job Description
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, healthcare institutions.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Promote and present company products/services to clients effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events as required.
- Maintain records of client interactions and prepare sales reports.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of medical devices, and healthcare system products.
- Willingness to travel for client visits or meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner with a proactive and positive attitude.
