As we continue to scale our Professional Services organization in India, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter who will focus on building out high-caliber talent pipelines for roles such as Resident Solution Architects (RSA), Data Engineering Specialists, AI/ML Experts, Project Managers, and Engagement Managers.

Your Impact
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Professional Services roles in India, including Solution Architects, Data/AI specialists, and Professional Services leadership positions.
  • Partner closely with Regional & Global Leaders to understand hiring needs and design strategies that deliver top technical and consulting talent at speed and scale.
  • Develop and maintain scalable talent pipelines, engaging both active and passive candidates to anticipate current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to guide workforce planning, hiring strategies, and business leader decision-making.
  • Drive initiatives around hiring efficiency, candidate experience, inclusion, and employer branding, establishing Databricks as an employer of choice for Professional Services talent in India.
  • Collaborate with peers across APJ to share best practices and support cross-country hiring efforts.
What We re Looking For
  • Proven experience recruiting for Professional Services / Consulting roles in the software or cloud/data/AI space.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, Data Engineers, AI/ML specialists, and Program/Engagement Managers.
  • Strong ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and leaders, influencing outcomes and enabling business growth.
  • Expertise in scaling talent acquisition processes in fast-growth, innovative environments.
  • Experience leading initiatives across India and the broader APJ region, including driving projects around sourcing innovation, DEI, and process optimization.
  • Passion for mentoring, collaboration, and creating world-class candidate experiences.
