Job Description
About the Role Rannlab Technologies is seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and product innovation. As CTO, you will be responsible for driving architecture, development, and delivery across multiple domains including .NET, MERN, PHP, AI, Digital Signature, eKYC, Cloud, and Secure API integrations .
The CTO will play a key role in scaling Rannlab s enterprise IT solutions and product offerings , guiding technical teams, and aligning technology with business growth goals.
Key Responsibilities 1. Technology Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute technology roadmap aligned with company objectives.
- Drive adoption of AI, cloud, DevOps, and security-first practices .
- Stay updated with emerging tech trends and bring innovation to projects.
2. Architecture & Development Oversight
- Lead system architecture design for enterprise-scale products.
- Oversee development in .NET, MERN, PHP, Cloud, and AI technologies .
- Ensure secure integrations with eSign, eKYC, CA APIs and other critical systems.
- Maintain focus on scalability, reliability, and performance .
3. Team Building & Mentorship
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of developers, QA engineers, and tech leads .
- Implement coding standards, review processes, and knowledge-sharing frameworks.
- Support career growth of technical staff through training & performance plans .
4. Project Delivery & Client Engagement
- Oversee multiple projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery .
- Collaborate with project managers to handle client requirements & escalations .
- Provide technical guidance in pre-sales, proposals, and client meetings .
5. Governance & Operations
- Define IT governance policies for security, compliance, and data protection.
- Implement DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, and cloud-native practices .
- Track project KPIs, budgets, and ensure profitability.
- Education: B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Experience: 10 15 years in IT, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/CTO/Tech Head role .
- Proven expertise in .NET (Core/.NET 8), MERN Stack, PHP frameworks, AI/ML integrations .
- Strong in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and DevOps pipelines .
- Experience in secure applications (digital signature, eKYC, encryption, fintech, or GovTech) .
- Strong project delivery background in both services & product development .
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
