Retain and grow revenue on the existing book of business, manage customer life cycle, customer contract renewals, increase footprint within the business, forecast and reduce churn, The Account Manager will understand the customer's business needs to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage continued long-term relationship and help identify opportunities where Kaseya services fit their ongoing business strategy, Meet weekly and quarterly Up-Sell and Cross-Sell opportunity generation consistent with sales targets; generate a pipeline 3 times the target, Increase footprint in the existing customer base to offset any unavoidable churn, Requirements:
Proven track record of establishing themselves as a strategic trusted adviser to clients, 4 8 years of end-to-end sales experience who loves being in a competitive environment that is driven to meet targets, Self-starter who can own ongoing customer success of large, medium, and small customers, The role requires the employee to work in the following shift timings:
EMEA: 01:30PM 10:30PM
NAM: 06:30PM 03:30AM
