Manager Services
Job Summary Responsible for overall housekeeping, facility management, maintenance & repair and hospitality services. Implementation of safety protocols while ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and team supervision.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage housekeeping operations across office, residential and private areas.
Monitor scheduled maintenance, repair works, servicing of equipments to ensure the facilities are in good working condition.
Supervise kitchen staff, F&B services to maintain hygiene and sanitation.
Sourcing and procurement of raw materials as required.
Responsible for building inspections and audits.
Manage security staff to ensure safety of premises, assets and personnel belongings.
Develop and coordinate emergency preparedness, fire safety and crisis management.
Manage hospitality services by addressing guest requests and concerns.
Oversee laundry operations including washing, ironing and distribution of linen/uniforms.
Implement and maintain the safety protocols adherence with regulatory compliance.
Supervise his team by providing proper guidelines for their duties & responsibilities.
Key Skills
A seasoned & experienced professional in the field of Soft Services with ability of handling Task Force.
Sourcing & Procurement expertise of raw materials with vendor management capability.
Knowledge of MS Office.
Good Communication & Interpersonal skills.
Qualification & Experience
Graduate or Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management / Facility Management / related fields.
10+ years
