Job Description

Support onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes for U.S.-based/Domestic employees
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Ensure adherence to U.S. labor laws and internal policies
Support candidate communication and follow-ups

Required Candidate profile

Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, & time tracking
Prepare HR reports and dashboards for leadership review
Track key HR metrics like attrition, engagement, and hiring velocity
