We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department in the United States. The HR Executive will be responsible for handling core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of US labor laws, a passion for people operations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding:
Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including orientation and documentation.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.
Employee Relations & Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace concerns.
Help maintain a positive and inclusive work environment by supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Assist in addressing employee concerns or conflicts in a confidential and professional manner.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEOC).
Assist with audits, reporting, and preparation of compliance documents.
Support performance management processes and documentation.
Benefits & Payroll Support:
Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and open enrollment.
Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate employee compensation and data updates.
Assist with leave management, including PTO tracking and medical leave.
