Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver training programs for sales teams to improve their skills in B2C sales, inside sales, outbound sales, and telesales.
Develop customized training materials and presentations to meet the specific needs of each team.
Conduct regular coaching sessions with team members to provide feedback on performance and suggest areas for improvement.
Collaborate with other trainers to ensure consistency in training delivery across different locations.
