Job Title: Regional Training Manager (RTM)

The Regional Training Manager (RTM) will help improve the skills and performance of the sales team in the region. This includes planning and delivering training programs, coaching field staff, and ensuring that learning initiatives support business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct On-the-Job and Brand Refresher Training programs for field sales teams.
  • Drive in-clinic effectiveness and improve overall sales team productivity.
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) and develop tailored learning interventions.
  • Design and deliver product knowledge, selling skills, and behavioral training modules.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align training with business goals.
  • Measure and evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
  • Support coaching, mentoring, and continuous learning culture within the region.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, therapeutic advances, and competitive insights.
  • Maintain detailed training reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Ensure consistent training quality and standards across all assigned zones.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience: 8 - 14 years in Pharmaceutical Training & Development.
  • Proven background in Field Training with prior experience as a First-Line or Second- Line Manager.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • B.Pharm, B.Sc, M.Sc, or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in a similar Training role within the pharmaceutical industry will be an added advantage.Key Competencies:
