Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position involves managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, working closely with hiring managers, and helping identify and onboard the right talent for various roles. The role is ideal for individuals looking to grow their career in recruitment and human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define candidate profiles.
- Source candidates using job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn), internal databases, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions to assess candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment tracker/database.
- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Assist in preparing recruitment analytics and status reports as needed.
