Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for equity markets and team growth? Kotak Securities is looking for experienced professionals to join our Retail Division as Branch Manager and Senior Branch Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Drive revenue through brokerage generation and ensure branch profitability through MF, equity and wealth products.

Lead and manage a team of RMs, Dealers & Advisors.

Focus on client acquisition & portfolio management, especially in the MNI & HNI segments.

Deliver advisory services for long-term and positional trading in equities.

Build and retain strong client relationships.

Ensure smooth branch operations, compliance, risk management & IT processes.

Provide regular business updates to leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate (Full-time) with 8 years of experience in equity markets.

Minimum 1-3 year of proven team management experience.

Highly result-oriented, self-driven, motivational leader with excellent collaboration skills.

Strong in networking, client relationship management, and performance optimization.
