Job responsibilities:

* Handling inbound calls, chats & emails.

* Solving queries of US or UK customers as per process hired for.

* Being polite & friendly with the customers.

* Problem solver.

* Handling team in the absence of team manager.

* Training the new joiners.

* Mentoring the average performers & bottom performers of the team.

Qualities a candidate must have:

* Positive thinker.

* Ready to take & accept challenges.

* Self-starter.

* Team worker.
