Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and define job roles and qualifications.
• Source Candidates: Proactively find qualified candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, professional networking sites, job boards, and employee referrals.
• Screen and Interview :Review applications, conduct initial phone or video screenings, and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Manage Interviews :Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between candidates and hiring teams.
• Offer and Onboarding :Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and help ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
• Improve Recruitment :Analyze hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and implement strategies to improve the recruitment process.
• Enhance Employer Brand :Contribute to initiatives that build the company's reputation as a great place to work.

Preferred candidate profile

• We are looking for enthusiastic recruiters for our already dynamic team.
• we need at least 1+ years of experience in recruitment
• qualification: Graduates and PG are welcome
• Candidates are welcome for interviews From Monday Till Friday.
• Timing: Compulsory 2nd half (02:30PM Till 04:30PM)
