Coupa Application Support Engineer @ Zensar

Job Description

• Provide day-to-day support for Coupa P2P modules including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa.
• Support integration between Coupa and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, SSO, middleware).
• Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
• Document support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
• Liaise with Coupa support and vendors for issue resolution and product updates.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in application support , preferably in Coupa or other P2P systems .
• Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes .
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
• Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills .
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Coupa certifications or training.
• Experience with SQL , reporting tools , or data analysis .
• Knowledge of ITIL practices .
