Job Description
Senior Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps and Power Automate. The role involves working with data models, SQL, and SharePoint, and includes tasks such as building automated workflows, Power BI repot development, and integration with cloud services like Azure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain solutions using Power Platform tools, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Design, build, and support Power BI reports and dashboards
- Write, optimize, and debug SQL-based stored procedures
- Create and manage workflows using SharePoint Designer or modern workflow tools
- Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
- Create automated workflows to streamline business processes and integrate with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other M365 services.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports based on complex data models and SQL queries.
- Build and maintain SharePoint Online solutions including custom lists, document libraries, Power Apps integration, and SPFx components if required.
- Work with Dataverse, SQL databases, and Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions, Blob Storage) to design secure, scalable integrations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and lead technical implementation.
- Perform unit testing, UAT support, and deployment of solutions across environments.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
- Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform roadmap, updates, and best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Must have proven expertise with Power platform
- Expertise on SQL knowledge is a must
- Knowledge on Cloud platform is a plus

- 5+ years of experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online development, including lists/libraries, permissions, Power Apps/Automate integration, and basic SPFx/custom scripts.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and working with relational and non-relational data sources.
- Experience in integrating Power Platform apps with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault).
- Familiarity with Dataverse, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
- Solid understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) within the Power Platform environment.
- Ability to gather requirements, design architecture, and implement solutions with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Job
- Report development skills preferably Power BI
- Preferable knowledge of SharePoint lists and basic understanding of SharePoint Designer or modern workflows.
- Understanding of Financial Concepts is a plus
- Azure knowledge is required
