Job Description

Job Role: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Understand job requirements from clients and hiring managers.
Source candidates through various channels job portals, references, social media, and databases.
Conduct telephonic screenings to assess candidate suitability (qualification, experience, communication, salary, and notice period).
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and follow up for feedback.
Maintain candidate records and update daily trackers and reports.
Ensure timely closures of open positions with quality candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly recruitment targets.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in speaking with candidates.
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
Basic MS Excel/Google Sheets skills.
