Servicenow Developer/Consultant @ Infosys

Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and deploying solutions using ServiceNow. Your primary focus will be on working with different Servicenow modules such as ITSM, TSOM, FSM, CMDB, ITOM, TSM, OMT, TNI, etc. You should have a strong understanding and practical experience in handling Products, Service Catalog, Client Scripts, Service Side scripting, Business Rules, and other ServiceNow scripting capabilities. Your role will involve configuring, customizing, and implementing the ServiceNow system efficiently, along with integrating external systems using various integration solutions like ODBC, REST, SOAP, LDAP, SSL, KAFKA, etc. It is essential to have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow data model and structures to propose and enforce coding standards effectively. You should have experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, User Story, Sprint model, and proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence. As a Servicenow Developer, you are expected to have: - 5 years of Servicenow development experience for Btech, Mtech, MCA, PG graduates - 6 years of Servicenow development experience for BSc, BCA, and other specializations This position is open across all Infosys DCs. Your preferred skills should include expertise in Technology, Infrastructure, Tool Administration, specifically in ITSM and ServiceNow.,
