Job Description

    Role Overview: As an experienced ServiceNow Developer at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to work on advanced ServiceNow implementations. You will play a key role in developing, designing, configuring, and rolling out new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests. Your technical knowledge in Scripting, System Definition, Business Rules, Menus, UI Forms, UI Actions, Content Management, Imports, Transforms, Web Services, and Notifications will be essential in ensuring the successful implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules. Key Responsibilities: - Strong technical knowledge and experience in Scripting, System Definition, Business Rules, Menus, UI Forms, UI Actions, Content Management, Imports, Transforms, Web Services, and Notifications - Developing, designing, configuring, and rolling out new application modules, workflows, and catalog requests - Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, and all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system - Strong understanding of ITSM best practice processes and experience in integrating with third-party tools - Hands-on experience integrating multiple data sources into a unified ServiceNow CMDB as well as integrating data between different systems Qualifications Required: - Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations - Experience in developing and implementing Service Portal and Widgets - Strong understanding of ITSM best practice processes - Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs - Experience in Integration with third-party tools - Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, or other ITSM applications,
