Job Description
- You will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the consolidation and accurate recording of financial transactions as per the guidelines through your team. Your key responsibilities will include approving and owning SOP and RCM document updation, approving accounting transactions, staying updated with the latest accounting, tax, and corporate policy changes, ensuring timely recognition of expenses/revenue, handling audits and department queries, implementing automation and transformation processes, and providing subject matter expertise to team members. As an Associate Manager in the Finance (AP&Banking) job family based in Noida, India, you should hold a BCom qualification with 2.5-5 years of relevant experience. There are 3 positions available for this role. Your role will require you to lead your team in maintaining accurate financial records, following standard operating procedures, staying compliant with regulations, and driving process improvements through automation and transformation. Additionally, you will be expected to provide guidance and support to your team members, ensuring that they are well-equipped to perform their duties effectively.
