AboutCorporate and Investment Banking (CIB)
As aglobal leader in knowledge processes, research, and analytics, youll beworking with a team that specializes in global market research, working withthe top-rated investment research organizations, bulge bracket investmentbanks, and leading asset managers. We cater to 8 of the top 10 global banks, working alongside their product and sector teams, supporting them on dealorigination, execution, valuation, and transaction advisory-related projects.
What you will be doing at Evalueserve-
- Screen and map LP-led and GP-led secondaries transactions to support investment decision-making
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, review NAV evolution, DPI/TVPI trends, capital calls / distributions, LP interest valuation, waterfall modelling, etc.
- Undertake due diligence by analyzing company financials and operational metrics, interpreting data packs, and extracting insights through structured slicing and dicing of information
- Conduct comprehensive industry research, including market sizing, growth drivers, emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and forward-looking market outlook, to support the development of an investment thesis and target screening
- Prepare high-quality investment memorandums and presentations for Investment Committee discussions by incorporating key findings from due diligence, financial modeling, and strategic fit assessments
- Drive the creation of client and prospect-related materials, such as marketing decks, pitchbooks, proposals, and presentations, in collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Conduct due diligence on funds and LP interests, including a performance evaluation of their existing underlying portfolios
- Engage in portfolio monitoring and valuation and support ongoing performance tracking, reporting, and strategic reviews for existing investments
- Handle open-ended client requests, ensure comprehensive, data-backed solutions, and maintain a high standard of responsiveness and execution
What we are looking for:
- Postgraduate degree, preferably MBA (with specialization in finance and econometrics) / CFA / CA
- 5+ years of experience workingon financial / private equity secondaries with global clients
- Sound financial modeling skills, quantitative skills, and robust corporate finance skills
- Proficiency in creating PPT presentationsfor deals
- Excellent written and oralcommunication skills
- Expertise in tools such as Factset, Bloomberg, Capital IQ, PitchBook, and Preqin, as well as in Excel-basedmodeling
- Familiarity with datavisualization platforms is a plus
