Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent German-speaking professional to support our customer engagement efforts with German clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating and managing communication with German-speaking customers, primarily through email and phone calls, to schedule meetings, follow up on inquiries, and support business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft professional emails in German to communicate with clients, schedule meetings, and follow up on business discussions.
- Make telephonic calls in German to customers in Germany to set up meetings and maintain ongoing communication.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare for client meetings and ensure smooth execution of follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of communication and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Support Account Managers in building and nurturing relationships with German clients.
- Understand cultural nuances and business etiquette relevant to German corporate environments.
