Content Writing: Draft articles for newsletters, employee communication emailers, and social
media posts (e.g., LinkedIn) for internal and external communications.
Campaign Management: Ideate, execute and create content for internal/external campaigns based
on organisational themes.
Designing: Create graphic and multimedia content (banners, flyers, newsletters, GIFs, videos,
animations, etc.).
Project Management: Coordinate with teams across funcMons and regions to gather informaMon
on various iniMaMves undertaken.
Event & Initiative Support: Assist with and contribute creative ideas for communications initiatives
and events.
Research: Stay updated with industry trends, best practices in employer branding, and internal
communications.
Preferred candidate profile
You are a person with:
Proficient in design & editing tools: Adobe Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, PowToon,
etc.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Naturally creative, with a passion for writing and design.
Graduate/Masters in Mass Media, Mass Communication, Content Writing, or related fields.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
