Handling calls/ queries / requests pertaining to product and service for inbound / out bound calls effectively.
Complaint Management. Solving customer grievances.
Applying process / product Knowledge in replying to customers
An immediate joiners are preferred
Work timing: 9:00am to 6:30pm.
5 Days working
2 rotational week off.
