Job Description
- As a QA Manager specializing in Automation, Performance, and Quality Engineering, you will play a crucial role in leading our quality engineering efforts with a strong emphasis on automation, performance testing, and DevOps integration. Your responsibilities will include architecting and maintaining scalable automation frameworks, leading performance testing initiatives, and ensuring quality governance and compliance across teams. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor QA engineers, and communicate quality goals to senior leadership. You will be responsible for defining and enforcing QA standards and processes, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, and managing test infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Your expertise in modern testing frameworks, cloud technologies, and containerization tools will be essential in optimizing system performance, analyzing bottlenecks, and ensuring seamless test environment provisioning. Key Responsibilities: Automation & Testing Strategy: - Design and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and TestNG/Cucumber. - Implement automation across UI, API, and backend systems. - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or Jenkins. Performance & Reliability Engineering: - Lead performance testing efforts utilizing tools like JMeter. - Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize system performance and reliability. DevOps & Cloud Integration: - Utilize Docker for containerized test environments and reproducible test setups. - Manage test infrastructure on Cloud Platform (AWS or Azure). - Collaborate with DevOps teams for seamless test environment provisioning and deployment. Quality Governance & Compliance: - Define and enforce QA standards, processes, and metrics. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality benchmarks. - Oversee defect management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Leadership & Collaboration: - Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers and automation specialists. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and operations. - Communicate quality goals and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders. Preferred Skills: - Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. - Familiarity with security testing tools like OWASP ZAP. - Exposure to monitoring/logging tools such as Dynatrace or Site24x7. - ISTQB or equivalent certification. - Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments. - Knowledge of AI/ML-based testing tools and shift-left testing strategies. Required Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 8+ years of QA experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role. - Strong programming skills in Java and experience with Selenium WebDriver. - Expertise in Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS). - Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Proficiency in Git, API testing (Postman, RestAssured), and test management tools.
