    The Opportunity


    Capgemini is looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist who will work very closely with the Executive Hiring Business
    Partners (BPs) of different geographies for leadership positions. The incumbent will be responsible to generate and share
    talent insights, talent mapping of key competitors and key roles that are hired for the geography. The incumbent of this
    role will partner with Executive Hiring BPs and business leaders to gain deep understanding of business needs /
    challenges and translate into position requirements and develop strategies to identity and attract top-tier diverse talent.
    This person will need to be well-versed in all aspects of senior executive technical search particularly candidate
    identification, creative sourcing and market mapping.
    Key responsibilities:
    Understanding the mandate:
    Partner with Executive Hiring BPs to understand the requirements and competitors to be mapped etc.
    Clearly define the scope, timelines of delivery in consultation with the Executive Hiring BPs and/or business
    leaders
    TA specialist will use this knowledge to identify the most relevant candidates for specific roles
    Market Research:
    Create a target list of companies and candidates to match the specifications as per the mandate and continue to
    research relevant information throughout the course of the search
    Conduct research and market analysis to tap the targeted companies through research, online resources,
    published material, networks and our firms database to Identify the list of candidates for evaluation and
    consideration during a search
    Building repository of knowledge on the sector/industry, creating org charts, salary grids, following senior talent
    movements etc.
    Data Collection and Update:
    Capture mapped candidate data in pre-defined templates ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
    Ensure the data of mapped candidates is updated regularly with minimal manual intervention by utilizing
    technology and newer tools
    Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates in the Applicant Tracking System
    Sourcing:
    Understands the requirements for the role at VP level
    Source on social media / job boards the candidates/prospects who can best fit to the job requirements
    Prepare for the Executive Hiring BPs a long list of prospects that he/she can contact
    Present candidate profiles / client-ready deliverables on market research in word or PowerPoint

    Reporting:
    Create reports as per the mandate map an organization, map senior candidates from key organizations etc.
    giving detailed view of the relevant list of mapped candidates
    Create dashboards using PowerBi/similar tools of the mapped data to give interactive reports to the business
    Create role-based reports highlighting talent landscape (target orgs., location, gender etc.)

    Our Ideal Candidate

    The incumbent will have 7 years of experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a research function, ideally with
    professional services, management consulting, financial services, or market research.
    Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources, Business, or other related field, or equivalent work experience and
    education
    Familiar with business reference resources such as LinkedIn, Board Ex, Naukri, Zoom Info., Capital IQ, Hoovers
    etc. or experience with collecting and organizing information from databases and/or internet resources
    Prior research or sourcing experience with top-tier firms such as the Big Four (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG),
    Accenture, or leading executive search firms (e.g., Korn Ferry, Heidrick && Struggles). Experience supporting
    consulting organizations is highly preferred
    A strong grasp of the U.S. landscape, including key players, market dynamics, and talent profiles, is essential for
    success in this role
    Experience using recruitment databases and or ATS systems or other HR business software
    Good knowledge of social media activities and networking and how it can assist with recruitment efforts
    Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
    Good organizational abilities and able to manage various projects simultaneously
    Proficient with all Microsoft packages including PowerBi, Excel, Word, and Outlook
    Able to engage with people of all levels from directors to the front-line staff
    Well-developed business acumen
