Job Description

What is a day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator?

• Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interviewers
• Review incoming job applications and flag top candidates
• Support Senior Talent Acquisition Partners in tracking candidate progress and maintaining organized records in the ATS (Lever)
• Assist with sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms, crafting outreach messages and organizing leads
• Prepare candidate materials and briefing documents ahead of interviews
• Support the hiring process by accurately transcribing and documenting reference calls for candidates in the final stages of interviews

Work Timings: 8:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST (Monday - Friday)

Cabs will be provided for pick and drop

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-2 years of previous recruiting experience.
• Bachelors degree from an accredited university required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills to work effectively with U.S.-based recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
