Shift Type Non-Rotational shifts in IST.Position SummaryTalent Sourcing Partner responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and building talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Ultimately, a Talent Sourcer will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our vacancies with qualified employees. Education and Qualifications
- Graduate (any stream) preferably in human resources or related field
- Strong Interpersonal skills such as communication skills and active listening.
- 1 2 years of work experience in human resources.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (Social platforms & professional networks).
- Building pipeline of talent pool to fill future openings.
- Focus on leveraging all available mediums to ensure an optimum hiring quality within TAT.
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates.
- Need to manage campus & walk-in drives.
- Create and maintain database of the candidates in the hiring pipeline.
- Create tickets and maintain candidate documents on Applicant Tracking System
