What You ll Be Doing (aka Your Superpowers)
- Turn ideas into product magic by shaping features, writing clear PRDs, and driving execution.
- Collaborate with Design, Tech, Analytics, CX, Marketing basically, the entire squad to make launches happen.
- Decode user behavior , find insights, and turn them into high-impact solutions.
- Sketch user journeys, run A/B experiments, and validate product hypotheses like a true problem-solver .
- Own smaller modules, ship them fast, and scale them .
- Be the voice of the user at every stage of the product journey.
- Take complete ownership of problem statements end-to-end from discovery to launch scaling.
- Work closely with Growth & Marketing to experiment, measure, and optimize product-led growth loops.
- Dig into data (using SQL/Excel) to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and measure impact.
What We re Looking For
- 1 3 years in Product, Business Analyst, or Tech roles (B2C or startup experience is a plus).
- A strong analytical mindset with a bias for data-driven decision-making.
- Sharp product intuition + passion for building user-first experiences.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and Agile workflows.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
- Bonus points: prior experience in consumer internet or tech-driven platforms.
- Proven ability to take ownership and deliver independently in ambiguous/problem-solving situations.
- Quick learner with the ability to rapidly understand new domains, tools, and technologies.
- Exposure to scaling products from early stage (1 10) is a strong plus.
- Hands-on with SQL or comfortable picking it up quickly (must-have).
