Managing IT infrastructure
operating systems and networks Installing and configuring hardware and software
Monitoring and performance analysis of IT systems and data and/or voice networks Routine maintenance of systems (updates, installing backup systems)

Mandatory Skill Sets :

Win/Java Sys Admin with some project coordination
Microsoft SCCM or software delivery to desktop skills
Familiarity with service now would be useful
