Job Description
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings and sourcing to interviews and offer extensions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify top candidates.
- Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring efficiency for hiring managers and employees.
- Build and implement key recruitment metrics for all tech hiring efforts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and talent partners.
- Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on hiring progress, challenges, and insights.
- Consult and collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to develop strategic hiring plans.
- Proactively source, screen, and engage both passive and active candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct phone screens to assess candidates knowledge, experience, motivation, and overall fit.
- Maintain a candidate database and track recruitment performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- 9+ years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, hiring strategies, and talent acquisition trends.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and HR software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to source and attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruiting data and refine hiring processes.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple recruitment projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
